David Tillman: The Person
David is a proud father and husband (to a fellow educator). He lives for coaching recreational soccer and basketball and playing music. When he can get away, David also enjoys snowboarding and white-water rafting in the beautiful Appalachian mountains and fishing and boating along North Carolina’s gorgeous coast.
He currently is working toward a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at North Carolina State University and is focusing his research on the relationships between behavioral supports and students' risk-taking during learning.
Quick Fact:
David's wife, Lynn, is a teacher at Lillington-Shawtown Elementary School in Lillington, NC. Mary Haven, their daughter, attends Kindergarten there as well.
Teagan, their son, is looking forward to starting there in 2008.
